Ricardo brings over 15 years of commercial real estate marketing experience. He prides himself on providing presentation quality and design for both digital and offline marketing materials. Using the latest technology and industry trends, Ric enjoys the process of creating unique visual concepts and information design.

During his career, Mr. Beristain has worked alongside some of the top brokers in the nation and has developed an intimate understanding of information design, commercial real estate trends, underwriting necessities, and technological demands.  During his tenure, companies like KW Commercial, Marcus & Millichap, Remax Commercial, Equity Union Real Estate, and Conroy Commercial have utilized his exceptional services.

Ricardo additionally served in the United States Marine Corps for four years where he was a small computer technician.  He has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus on Information Technology.
