The better the photos, the better the OM

I remember saying this to an agent and they kinda chuckled "ha ha", but it's like - yeah dude I realize it is an investment we'd all like to overlook, but this listing is worth it. Take for instance the OM below in Woodland Hills.



Surely, the agent would have prefered to avoid aerials, but the OM would have suffered tremendously for it. This is an undeveloped parcel, perfect for an EV charging station given its tremendously upscale location. Imagine only having iPhone ground shots for this and not showing all the nearby amenities.


Now, of course you have to couple great aerials with a great design team. This is why we've partnered with our aerial affiliate, so that we can take their beautiful, blank images and design them like the example above.



Then, there is the separate issue of mapping. This - and I mean it - this, is where 95% of other designers simply cannot compete with us. You know why? Because it is hard work to map these locations and to make them look good, and gather all the logos, etc. But that is exactly why WE DO IT.



Look at this location research, it's the outline of Woodland hills with all the major employers enclosed within it. Maybe I'm crazy, but his looks sick! Research comes from articles, periodicals, business websites.
